Abhishek Mishra brings 9 years of rich experience in the real estate industry, backed by a journey marked by determination, adaptability, and vision. Starting his career in 2016 after completing his Mechanical Engineering from Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology and an MBA from Amity University Then he entered the world of real estate with a fresh perspective and a hunger to succeed.Began at the grassroots level as a Business Development Executive and quickly rose through leadership positions, eventually becoming Assistant Director. Along the way, he mastered client relationships, project management, and business strategy—building a solid foundation that prepared him for entrepreneurship.
In 2024, Mr. Abhishek took a bold step forward by launching Onetara Realty, a real estate company driven by innovation, ethics, and a customer-first approach. Under his leadership, the company has grown rapidly, with a strong presence in NCR,Mumbai & Dehradun operations expanding across multiple cities. Today, Onetara Realty boasts a team of 70+ professionals and continues to grow.
Abhishek’s deep-rooted connection to On Real estate plays a central role in his business philosophy. He combines local insights with strategic thinking to deliver real value in every project. Looking ahead, his focus is on expanding into emerging markets across the india, creating job opportunities, and setting new standards in the real estate sector.
Akash Maheshwari
Director
Akash Maheshwari began his professional journey after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering (B.Tech). He initially served in the Indian Army’s technical department on a contractual basis, where he developed discipline, resilience, and a sharp problem-solving mindset—qualities that continue to shape his leadership approach today.
In 2018, he transitioned into the real estate sector as a Business Development Executive. Through consistent performance, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, he quickly climbed the ranks to become Vice President of Sales. Throughout this journey, Akash played a key role in driving business growth and building high-performing sales teams.
Fuelled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Akash co-founded Onetara Realty in 2024 alongside Abhishek Mishra. Since then, the company has rapidly expanded its presence from Noida to emerging markets like Dehradun and Mumbai. Akash remains actively involved in shaping the company’s growth, overseeing strategy, operations, and client relations across key northern regions.
His unique blend of technical expertise, disciplined background, and sharp business acumen continues to drive Onetara Realty’s success and growing reputation in the industry.
Brajesh Thakur
Mumbai Head
Brajesh Thakur started his journey in the real estate industry as a Business Development Executive and steadily climbed the ladder over 7 years to become a Territory Head. During this time, he played a key part in driving significant growth for his previous company in the Kalyan-Dombivli region.
He is now Leading the Mumbai Team at Onetara Realty, where he continues to apply his deep market insight and leadership skills.
Brajesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (B.Sc. IT), which enhances his strategic and analytical approach to business growth.

Dehradun Head
Pankaj is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry, known for his deep market insight, strong leadership, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Currently serving as the Branch Head at Onetara Realty in Dehradun, he plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing operations, and leading a high-performing team.
